Ultimate Intern

Do you want to be a part of a conscious healing business? Treadway Esoteric is growing and I need help! I am interested in creating a unified and prosperous team, who's common vision is to help this amazing world and who sees spirituality as an integral part of that process. I am looking for an intern for 4 months, who I could ideally hire afterwards.

Ideal candidate is:

• Obsessed with healing, personal growth, sustainable technology, indigenous cultures, natural medicine and spirituality.
• Passionate and experienced in marketing, internet marketing and PR.
• A “people magnet and person,” the kind of person that when you have a party, many more people show up than expected.
• Reliable, punctual, efficient, ethical and organized
• A great writer
• Excellent with boundaries (if you don’t know what I mean, this isn’t for you)
• Proficient with e-commerce, autoresponders and shoppingcarts.
• Has good communication skills, meaning if you need to talk to me about something you are unhappy about, you are able to do so.
• Excited about being on the ground floor of a growing business
• Interested in joining Treadway Esoteric for the long term.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Dealing with all client emails and scheduling
• Setting up workshops
• Promoting Treadway Esoteric
• Internet marketing
• Filling orders for Treadway Esoteric Store
• Day to day activities of a home business.This could mean: helping to put up a tee-pee, going on hikes through the red rocks with our dog, Taco, working in the garden, preparing sweat lodges and more.

Treadway Esoteric a small business. This is a part time internship with 15-20 hrs expected per week, so you can still have a part time job and do it. Schedule is flexible. Ideal candidate lives in Sedona, or surrounding areas, but long distance can be worked out, providing you could travel here twice in that period.
